Mindful Flow begins

An accessible flow class for all ages. Breath and body awareness practice with postural alignment to optimize flow and safety.

Connect body, breath and mind to find ease and relaxation. We will move through a sequence of poses at a gradual pace to target different areas each week. Suited for all ages and abilities. Beginners welcomed.
